Bob Harper I can't believe how hard the Sleep Challenge was for everyone yesterday...so guess what, it is part of your Weekend Challenge. Also, you have the whole weekend to complete a 10K which is 6.2 miles. Have fun..xoxo


  1. Got a half marathon (13.1 miles) in!

  2. I managed 0 miles...Oh no...That's so not good, but I did paint the last 1/2 of my living room...I promise I'll be hitting the miles again this coming week.

  3. I came here late - but did do 6.2miles at the weekend (almost exactly)! Nice coincidence!
