Yesterday had started the long training weekend for the Galloway training for the Dopey 2014. Hopefully everyone got in their 30-45 minutes. Even if you had to walk it.
Today is walk 2 miles. Saturday is walk 7miles, and Sunday is the 17 mile run/walk/run.
Have fun with it. Figure out what will work for you for fuel.
