Again, super awesomely timely! With my dad's cancer in it's final stages, and a friend of my brother falling to it as well, it's giving me lots of reasons to "back out" Or make excuses. But it's also given me lots of reasons to keep on. All I have to do is do my training every day. It'll vent the stress and help me stay healthy. I can do that - or let all this wreck me. Coming through this as the healthiest version of me ever sounds MUCH better.
