Yesterday had started the long training weekend for the Galloway training for the Dopey 2014. Hopefully everyone got in their 30-45 minutes. Even if you had to walk it.
Today is walk 2 miles. Saturday is walk 7miles, and Sunday is the 17 mile run/walk/run.
Have fun with it. Figure out what will work for you for fuel.

While ya'll are aiming to do that, I just signed up for a rowing competition! Ergomania, here I come! Hearing about everyone's training helps keep my spirits up and helps me keep going in my training, since I haven't been able to make it to Disney for a race yet. Keep the beat folks! :) Good news to report though! After doing an 8 week back squat lifting program, I increased my lift max from 165lbs to 205lbs! That's a HUGE gain! Looking forward to seeing where this journey takes me. :)
