    Thanks for the DL Half shout out. I saw Team Hoyt at the January Expo. That was one of the coolest things from the entire 2010 WDW Marathon Weekend. Have fun, and good luck with the 5K.

    I watched one of Jeff Galloway's sessions at DL and I have to say that I was pretty interested...Ended up picking up an interval timer and a couple of his books. The system makes sense!

    Can't wait for the W&D!
